I’m a big fan of food. Whether it’s making them or eating them, I am totally obsessed especially by the different take that different cultures have on a certain kind of ingredients or meals, and how each of these different styles have their own delicious merits. If I could, I’d take Anthony Bourdain’s job of tasting delicious caviar from Russia or that roasted pig from somewhere in Southeast Asia called lechon which he considers as the best pork on Earth.
Being the foodie that I am, I try everything out in my kitchen and even experiment to come up with mind-blowing recipes that I share with my family and friends. I love what I do with food and I’m happy that I have my modern kitchen to help me with my culinary adventures.
